Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. No penalty, no questions.
What is the ₦15,000 setup fee?
Our team connects your WhatsApp number, loads your price list and policies into the knowledge base, and tests the full flow end-to-end before you go live. One-time cost, included for all plans.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are charged every 30 days via Paystack. Annual plans are charged once upfront at a discounted rate of ₦5,000/month off. You get a receipt by email.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, switch plans anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Does it work with my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. We support direct migration of your current business number via the WhatsApp Business API. Your contacts stay, your number stays — only the intelligence gets added.
